The project I have designed is about an Aboriginal Sukkot Festival. I want to show how visitors reacting with the installation in Somerset laneway. With the arrival of Western settlers, Australian indigenous culture is gradually disappearing. I hope that through my design of the Australian Sukkot Festival to attract people's attention to the way of indigenous life, and further lead to the reflection of civilization development.I divided the streets into three stages, respectively, representing the Australian aboriginal way of development, the way the Western colonists developed, and the reflection after contrast between the two.

The video should change another angle to help people to get feeling when they are seeing the video immediately. It is very important to write down the intention of every shot, and focus on transition, which makes every part connect smoothly. Find a good music which can express the mood I want to express to audience.
The fish trap part of design is very strong, but need to change the scale of this part. Because, the laneway is very long and narrow, the scale of the traps should look appropriate for the laneway. If I want to make people feeling they are caught by the trap, I need consider set something in the middle and make the structure a one-way pass.
Need find more precedents about the laneway setting, especially, for the aboriginal culture.
Concept shows clearly, but need focus on the middle part, which is contrast diverse ways of harvest. Besides, the end of the lane there is a small hut which is not concern about the design. Make it meaningful. Give the visitors chance to find what is the best way of agriculture. The western way is more sterile and geometric, and the indigenous way is more natural and organic. Shows the different of these two agricultural ways.
Drawings need refine in photoshop, make them looks reality.
